Austin and I made a quick stop off at a local milksnake den site where we had had pretty good luck last spring. So far in four trips there this year, it hadn't paid off at all. We flipped some rocks and Austin turned up this adult Milksnake (Lampropeltis triangulum).

It was very brown in coloration, but I still think they are kinda pretty. I didn't pick the greatest background to photograph it against, so the pictures are kinda dark.
